Hi, I'm Lynn

As a Mindset & Energy Coach and Crystal Healer, I help women who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads or simply not quite themselves to quieten the noise, understand what’s really going on and feel calmer, clearer and more confident. I also bring this work into organisations, helping people manage stress, build self awareness and feel better equipped to handle the pressures of work and life.

With years of experience in personal development, mindset coaching, and energy work, I’ve worked with a broad range of clients — from business leaders and creative professionals to influencers, fashion designers and A-list talent. Whether it's my one to one sessions, speaking at festivals like Mind, Body and Spirit or my group workshops and meditations, I provide practical tools to support success and wellbeing from the inside out. 

In addition to my work in mindset coaching and public speaking, I am also a trained crystal healer & gemstone specialist and often appear on TV as a guest expert talking about energy and crystals. I use crystals  where appropriate to support clients with emotional release, chakra balancing and energetic clarity. My approach is grounded, warm and tailored to the person, combining ancient wisdom with modern insight.

I regularly speak at events such as The Happy Place Festival and serve as the Resident Energy Healer at the renowned Bamford Spa in the Cotswolds, offering bespoke, restorative treatments. Through my media appearances, workshops and private sessions, I aim to educate that everything is energy and with small actionable steps everyone can feel calm, connected and confident.
